Cars Make Faces
Car s have always looked like people to me. The eyes are the headlights, and
the nose and mouth are located in the front grill. 
Some c ars have really square faces, and I equate them to men; the ones with
the smooth rounded faces are lady cars. I suppose I have a juvenile
imagination, because it brings me great pleasure to identify the face a car
is making.

Black And Blue -Berry?

Driving through South Surrey the other day, saw another Plum 350Z. They're

I can't stand when people leave animals in the car. Why take your pet on a
ride if you don't intend on letting him enjoy the destination? There's
something to be said about a PETA member who would act so cruel to their
personal animal; it's a little more than hypocrisy, in my opinion.

Neo-Soulisms
Although not indigenous to my area, I would say that neo-soul music is my
favorite genre. the smooth
sounds of acoustic guitars and
crooning stars remind me of the
melodic hum that my mother used when putting me to bed as a child. The soul
of an artist comes out in neo-soul music, and its
easier to enjoy the music
when you can tell that it was created for enjoyment.

Game Time

Vancouver Girl
Having a girl in Vancouver is tough. It seems like the
attitudes of young women have changed dramatically since I was a girl, and given

things that are shown on TV and movies
nowadays, it does not surprise me that more and more young girls are becoming pregnant at
earlier ages. What's a mother to do, when she's done all she can to help her
daughter understand the ills of society?

Latest Toy
My latest toy-- no, TOOL. Bell Turbostick. Over the last week I've lost at least 25 hours of
productivity due to net connections I've depended on being down/unavailable.
I took steps. I'm home all day today and tomorrow, so haven't yet cracked

Intimacy For Dummies
Kissing has become a severly overlooked pasttime. For some reason, it seems the young folks today feel that kissing is much more intimate than intercourse, which leads to destructive actions in regards to sharing what is most intimate about their bodies with anyone. Its high time we correctly teach our children the importance of bonding, and real value of intimacy.

Sometimes the best food is the simpliest; I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich today that tastes as if the gods themselves created it. Bacon Baby
Those that deny their love for bacon either did not have the pleasure of sinking their teeth into a grease laden slice, or are so vegan that they wouldn't recognize bacon if it did a dance on their plates. I tried to go without bacon for a year, and in that time it was the only thing I desired. Talk about torture!

WTF Moment of the Day
I can't stand hypocrites! Today, while walking down http://www.mapleridgechrysler.com/>the street, I noticed a woman obviously pregnant holding a small sign that read "Abortion is Wrong!" I asked her why she decided to protest in an area that did not have any clinics in sight, http://www.mapleridge-vw.ca/> and she mentioned that there are people who knew that she aborted her first child on the other side of town. It was a major "WTF" moment, to say the least!

Work Out The Workout
Today I started a formal workout, and I'd have to say that I hated it profusely! There's nothing worse than doing the same routines over and over to the sound of corny techno music; I wish that there was a better way to workout, but unfortunately for the time I have allotted, getting in shape to the sound of 80's techno is what I'm reduced to performing each morning. Oh well- at least I will lose some of this excess blubber!

Soldier Sustenance
I love principles (as I remember them) which underlie The Warrior Diet. I find myself living by them, with slight modifications. I generally have a stainless steel thermos of ~180g 90% agglomerated whey protein + 2 cups of Ryza and often mix a cup of prepared oatmeal, cinnamon, coffee and/or cocoa into the mixture. I drink about 6-8 oz of this 3-4 times throughout the day, and then eat a large meat-and-starches meal usually at 6pm. I take a good multivitamin, Vitamin C, Siberian ginseng, and ginger capsules. I find my metabolism is kept at a good clip by the frequent small meals, and I get plenty of protein with a low carb and low fat intake. I get a good amount of fat and carbs at dinner.

Beyonce sang about the Single Ladies. We're coming from the spirit of the feeding ladies (or men)-- those generous loving souls who over the years have urged us to eat. They prepare tasty tidbits, full meals, drinks, snacks, and insist that we ingest to the point that we're almost but not quite miserable, bellies distended, tastebuds overwhelmed by pleasure.
So get your spoons, forks, knives and napkins. Then put your pans up!
